EVOLVE to innowacyjny program taneczny, w którym ponad wszystko cenimy holistyczne podejście do tańca.

Oznacza to, że rozwój emocjonalny i duchowy Uczestników jest dla nas równie ważny jak rozwój fizyczny.
Podczas tego 4-dniowego eventu będziecie mogli wziąć udział w kilkunastu zajęciach tanecznych prowadzonych przez topowych nauczycieli tańca high heels z całego świata.

Oprócz intensywnego treningu, EVOLVE zapewnia szereg aktywności związanych z rozwojem osobistym i duchowym, m.in. jogę, zajęcia z budowania marki osobistej czy sesję fotograficzną.

Naszą główną misją jest wyeliminowanie niezdrowej konkurencji, szerzenie wśród tancerzy atmosfery przyjaźni i współpracy oraz stworzenie bezpiecznej przestrzeni dla osób, które dobrze czują się w kobiecej energii.

KILKA SŁÓW O NAS…
High Heels & Performance Intensive powstało w styczniu 2020 jako pierwsza w Polsce organizacja łącząca technikę High Heels z holistycznym podejściem do tańca.
W momencie kiedy styl ten dopiero raczkował w naszym kraju, odważyliśmy się od razu zapoznać tancerzy z jego misją i przekazać ogromną moc jaką ten taniec niesie.

Uczyło się u nas już ponad 350 tancerek i obecnie też instruktorek tego stylu, a nasz program zapoczątkował inspirację do powstania kolejnych programów o podobnej tematyce, dzięki czemu styl High Heels celebruje swój rozkwit Polsce.

W wydarzeniu EVOLVE…

Kolejne elementy programu wydarzenia będą regularnie pojawiały się na wydarzeniu FB oraz na naszym Instagramie @highheelsintensive.
Już teraz jednak możemy zapewnić Was, że będą to najlepsi nauczyciele ze świata miłośników szpilek i wiele dodatkowych aktywności związanych z tańcem i rozwojem osobistym.

The second edition of EVOLVE 2023 is already in the making!

If you want to become a part of the second edition of the biggest female energy event that has ever happened in Poland, take classes from the best dance teachers, personal branding and mental growth coaches, you just have to check EVOLVE 2023!

EVOLVE is an innovative dance program which values holistic approach to dance. It means that by joining our program you will not only develop your dance skills but also work on your spiritual and mental health.

During this 4-day event you will take part in many dance classes conducted by top high heels choreographers from all over the world.
Apart from intensive training EVOLVE includes a number of additional activities such as yoga classes, personal branding training and a self-confidence boosting photoshoot.
Our main mission is to eliminate unhealthy competition, spread good energy among dancers and build a safe space for those of you who feel comfortable with feminine energy.

ABOUT US…

High Heels & Performance Intensive was created in January 2020 as the first Polish organisation that combines High Heels with the holistic approach to dance.
When this style of dance was just starting to grow in Poland, we decided to introduce dancers to its mission and the power that comes with it.
We’ve already taught 350 dancers who have become instructors themselves. Our program is an inspiration for creating new organisations with similar missions which helped High Heels dance to grow in Poland.
