We want to invite you to a workshop by Aline Cleto and Rafael Soares from Brazil, the creators of Sadhana Dance - holistic methodology based on a blend of therapies, yoga and social dances.

Sadhana means "the path", we believe that couple dances are a good way to develop self-knowledge, connection and bond in relationships, and empathy and kindness. We’ll work with these areas through dance.

We are going to use Zouk as a tool, base technique, as a way to dive deeper into dance in a safe and respectful environment, the one that we feel when we are in the state of meditation. Have you ever experienced this level of dance before? So… come dive in with us!

Who is the workshop for?

In the Sadhana methodology we do not require previous technical experience. So if you don't know how to dance or if you have only taken several classes, you will have the same potential for development through creativity and body expression that each one brings in the blueprint of their own bodies.
It’s for all levels, everybody that likes arts, dance expressions, therapies and getting to know others better!

Zapraszamy na warsztat prowadzony przez Aline Cleto & Rafaela Soares, czyli twórców Sadhana Dance. Jest to holistyczna metoda łącząca taniec, terapię oraz jogę.

O metodzie:

“Sadhana” oznacza ścieżkę“, ponieważ wierzymy, że poprzez interakcję z drugą osobą można zgłębiać relację z samym sobą, rozwinąć empatię oraz współodczuwanie.

Zouk będzie dla nas narzędziem, czyli podstawową techniką, która pozwoli nam głębiej zanurzyć się w relację ze sobą i z drugim ciałem w bezpiecznym środowisku, które wspólnie stworzymy. Czy doświadczyłeś/aś kiedyś czegoś podobnego? To jest niepowtarzalna okazja!

Dla kogo jest ten warsztat?

W metodzie Sadhana nie mamy wymagań co do wcześniejszego doświadczenia tanecznego. Więc nie martw się, jeśli jesteś na początku swojej drogi. Masz taki sam potencjał zanurzenia się w swoje ciało jak każdy “zaawansowany” tancerz.

Jest to warsztat dla ciebie jeśli interesujesz się sztuką, tańcem, terapią i dobrze czujesz się w kontakcie z ludźmi (lub chcesz nad tym popracować).
