In case of resignation refund is not possible, but you can can change the name ticket holder to a different person of the same gender until 10.12. In this case you need to cover the fee for name change and send us all details of the new person to info@loftodance.pl.

The fee for name change:
- 30 zł until 10.12 (50 zł after 10.12, if we agree to make the change after the deadline)
+ compensation of cashback discount, if the ticket was purchased with this discount.
